Project Overview

This private villa is located in Nyarutarama, just behind MTN Center, within one of Kigali’s most established residential areas. The client’s goal was to build a comfortable family home with character – something timeless, warm, and elegant, without feeling heavy or outdated. The design draws inspiration from Mediterranean architecture, combining arches, natural stone finishes, and soft textures with clean lines and modern proportions. Larubibi Construction Group was involved from early design coordination through construction, finishing, and final handover, ensuring consistency across all stages of the project.
